What is the cost of service?

    Service plans are on a monthly basis and you can prepay up to a year.  An invoice will be placed inside your bin about a week prior to its due date. 

Residential service   -  $20 per month      Commercial service  - Please call for a quote​

How do I pay my invoice?

      You can:

-     Mail your payment to us at 702 S 19th Ave, Hattiesburg, MS, 39401

-     Setup autopay through your bank*

-     Setup autopay using your bill pay service*

*If you choose to use autopay, use your home address as your account number.

What day will you pick up and how often?

     We come by once a week to collect your recycling. When your bin is delivered to your address, it will contain an information sheet stating the pick-up day for your area. 

Will you provide a container and can I put out more than will fit in it?

     Yes, we'll provide you with an 18 gallon blue lidded bin. Any overflow should be bagged and placed next to it, or you can use another container of your choice, as long as you place it out with your original bin, so we know it's designated as recycling.

How do I prepare my items for pick-up?

    Our program is single-stream. We appreciate any sorting, but you're not required to sort your items.  Please follow these tips to help ensure that our service is as fast and efficient as possible.

     *Rinse all containers                       *Shredded paper must be bagged.
     *Break-down all boxes                    *Keep container in a sanitary condition.

What types of recyclable material do you accept?

     Paper - Newspaper, magazines, catalogs, colored paper, office paper, and envelopes.

     Plastic - #1 (PET and PETE) -  Soda/water bottles, sports drink bottles, clear juice                          containers, salad dressing bottles, peanut butter jars, jelly jars etc.

                             *** No bags, bubble wrap, or packing material ***  

     Cardboard - Corrugated cardboard and boxboard. (i.e. cereal boxes, tissues boxes)         Tin - Vegetable and Pet food cans.

     Aluminum - Soda and beer cans.

                             *** Glass and Styrofoam are not accepted materials ***

Why did you leave some items in my bin?

     We hand sort all materials at the curb. If we notice something not accepted by the facility in your container, we'll leave it, so you know it isn't accepted for future pickups.

What happens to my recyclables?

​     All materials collected are sorted and taken to local recycling facilities.  Metal materials are taken to SA Recycling (Alter Metal) in Hattiesburg, MS and all other materials are taken to Fibervision in Sumrall, MS.  These materials are processed and then sold to manufacturers to make new products.
